The creation of The Mastergrowers

The two successful nurseries Dijk van Dijk and Kwekerij de Bonfut merged in 2019 to form The Mastergrowers. Robin van Dijk and Erik de Bonfut are now the third generation in charge. They both come from families with more than 100 years of nursery experience. They have been growing the strongest and most remarkable hydrangeas for years. They call themselves The Mastergrowers. ‘Mastery goes beyond wanting to be the best. It’s about wanting to remain the best. That requires patience, focus and a lot of love for your craft,’ says Robin van Dijk.
